Thanks so much for signing your son up for camp, we're thrilled to have them with us this week.
Below you will find some logistical information, if you have any additional questions, please let us know. The best way to reach us is email – bellarminebasketballcamp@gmail.com.
What to Bring |
Campers need to wear appropriate gym clothing and shoes. We will have water coolers and cups on all courts, but if you’d like to send your son with a water bottle, please put their name on it. If you have any medication that needs to be held, we will hold that at the canteen in the lobby of Knights Hall. Other than that, campers just need to bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic! |
Monday Morning Registration |
Camp Registration begins Monday morning at 8:30AM in the Knights Hall lobby. We ask that parents/guardians come in with their camper on the first day of camp to make sure everything is good to go. If you are carpooling, please help us get all of the campers checked in. Our staff will be with our players prior to 8:30, so we ask that you please don’t arrive much earlier than that. |
TShirts |
Shirts will be passed out at the conclusion of camp on Monday afternoon. If there is an issue with the size, please bring the shirt back Tuesday morning and we’ll gladly exchange it for you. |
Canteen/Camp Bank |
On Monday morning, parents can put money (cash only) in to the “Camp Bank.” Campers will have two canteen breaks each day – one before lunch, one after lunch. Our staff will hold the money and it will be available to campers during their canteen breaks, as well as at the end of the day. Campers will have the opportunity to add to their canteen account each morning throughout the week, if necessary. You can withdraw the remaining balance at the conclusion of camp on Friday afternoon. |
Drop Off |
Tuesday-Thursday
We ask that campers not be dropped off prior to 8:30 each morning. Our staff is busy in the morning working with our players and we cannot provide supervision prior to 8:30. All campers should be dropped off in the Knights Hall lobby. There will be 3 check in stations (arranged alphabetically) for the campers to check in each morning. Friday – “Dunks and Donuts” Just like last year, we will start our team practice at 8:30. We encourage all campers, and their parents to come watch practice from 8:30 until approximately 9:30. Donuts, coffee, and water will be provided in the Knights Hall lobby. Parents are not required to stay and watch practice, but we do encourage it. At the conclusion of practice (around 9:30AM) the campers will be brought down to the court and we’ll get camp going. This is an opportunity for the campers, and parents, to see a small sample of what our practices look like, and how we incorporate the same skills the campers work on throughout the week in to a college basketball practice and environment. |
Pick-Up |
Monday-Thursday Camp will conclude at 4:00PM each day. All campers will assemble on the Knights Hall court at approximately 3:45 to hear a closing lecture form Coach Davenport. We encourage parents to come in to listen and pick up their campers. We do ask that campers be picked up promptly at 4:00. Friday Camp will conclude at Noon on Friday. Campers will assemble on the Knights Hall court around 11:40AM for an awards presentation and closing comments from Coach Davenport. During this time, parents are more than welcome to go ahead and take out any remaining balance from their campers’ canteen accounts. We ask that all campers please be picked up by Noon. |
